With its interesting construction and intricate details, Villa Melita is reminiscent of a luxury mega yacht. Circular viewing windows in the walls gives the entire villa a maritime feel and the transparent walls and exterior glass railings offer an uninterrupted view of the imposing, beautifully landscaped exterior area.

There you will find a swimming pool, a dining table, and a stone barbecue with everything you need to prepare your meals and spend time with your loved ones. Inside is an open plan living area with lots of natural light, which consists of a living room, a dining room, and a special glass-covered kitchen. On the ground floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outside area.

An elegant open staircase leads to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Villa Melita can accommodate up to six people and has a variety of entertainment options to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

 The two covered terraces on the first floor can be found on opposite sides of the villa, perfect spots to enjoy a cup of coffee before you take the stairs back to the swimming pool. Both terraces are connected to the garden by outside staircases and also offer direct access to the two sleeping areas on the first floor.
