For cycling tourists from all over the world, Istria is a hidden gem and we know why! The northwest of Istria can easily be explored on two wheels.

The cycling paths are also known as Parenzana routes. Forests, streams, konobas and wine cellars, mysterious churches, and ancient ruins - all are connected in a 500 km network of cycling paths.

Cycling guides are available in all villas.

Please note the following rules of conduct for cycling in Croatia:

Cyclists are obliged to use the marked cycling paths. If these are not available, cyclists must ride as close as possible to the right-hand side of the road. Bicycle groups with more than two participants are obliged to ride one after the other.

Cyclists must not alter the stability of the bicycle or disturb other road users. Cycling without both hands on the handlebars is not permitted. Please do not hold on to another vehicle. It is also forbidden to carry, pull, or push objects that could endanger yourself or other road users.

Outdoor Golf Club Adriatic

The first 18-hole championship course in Istria is located near Umag in the Alberi countryside and is part of the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic. The mild climate and the unique vegetation of the idyllic Istrian landscape creates a fine ambience. The design of the golf course follows natural conditions.

Tennis is one of the most popular sports in Croatia. Most tennis courts in Istria are located on the seashore. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, you can play tennis all year round. Both professional and amateur tennis players from Croatia and abroad have been guests in Istria for decades.
